Elizabeth launched Emlan to create bespoke, thoughtful events. With her extensive experience in fine dining and off-premise catering, she thrives on food challenges—whether it’s collaborating with a celebrity chef or partnering with multiple chefs for a curated experience. Elizabeth and her team specialize in transforming private homes and non-traditional venues (think remote farmland, where every single element needs to be brought in) into magical event spaces. Ever looked at a spot and thought, "This would be perfect for a wedding", Well, let’s make it happen!

Emlan is based in Tribeca, NYC’s creative heartbeat, but their work extends far beyond—across the Hamptons, Westchester, Hudson Valley, Martha’s Vineyard, Cape Cod, South Florida, the Caribbean, and beyond.

What started as a consulting company offering hourly and retainer-based services quickly evolved into a full-service wedding and event planning business. Emlan Events is lucky to work with clients who want to create one-of-a-kind experiences that push creative boundaries and elevate the guest journey.

Every element of your event should feel like you—from the wedding website and save-the-date to the design details and schedule, all the way to the warm donut your guests grab on their way out.
