Elizabeth launched Emlan to create bespoke, thoughtful events. With her extensive experience in fine dining and off-premise catering, she thrives on food challenges—whether it’s collaborating with a celebrity chef or partnering with multiple chefs for a curated experience. Elizabeth and her team specialize in transforming private homes and non-traditional venues (think remote farmland, where every single element needs to be brought in) into magical event spaces. Emlan is based in Tribeca, NYC’s creative heartbeat, but their work extends far beyond—across the Hamptons, Westchester, Hudson Valley, Martha’s Vineyard, Cape Cod, South Florida, the Caribbean, and beyond.
What started as a consulting company offering hourly and retainer-based services quickly evolved into a full-service wedding and event planning business.
